K1NRA - Paul Castellani
, lives in Hawley, PA. He was first licensed 1992, and now holds a General Class license. In Paul’s professional life, he is a Boeing 757/767 Captain with United Airlines and has been in the airline industry for 26 years. Paul is a life member of ARRL and AMSAT.

Paul is the Owner/operator for K1NRA DMR Repeater and K1NRA FM/Fusion/Wires-X Repeater in Carbondale, PA

WA3PNY - Jeff Bauer, lives in Macungie, PA. He was first licensed in 1967, and now holds a General Class license. In Jeff’s professional life he was a chemistry research scientist and an electronics development manager for APCI for 33 years before retiring. Jeff also attended Moravian Seminary and is an ordained minister, also now retired. Jeff is a life member of ECARS 7.255, and a member of ARRL and QCWA. Jeff functions as the PennLink Group Sysop.

Jeff is the Owner and operator for three repeaters: W3PLG DSTAR Repeater, WA3PNY DMR/P25/NXDN Repeater, and WA3PNY FM/Fusion/Wires-X Repeater.

Club Station License Trustee - WA3PNY - Jeff is the club Trustee for the station license W3PLG.

In addition to their activities with PennLink Group, both Paul and Jeff are Principal Net Control Operators for the International Wires-X Net, every Saturday evening on Wires-X America-Link Room, and other access reflectors/modes.

N4AEW - Ernest W. Bauer Jr., lives in Youngstown, NC.
N3RPV - Christopher Kelly, lives in Allentown, PA
KA8SCP – Terry Stader lives in Westford, MA. Terry has been licensed since 1980 and currently holds a General Class license. He is a retired US Navy Electronics Technician Senior Chief Petty Officer completing 27 years of service and is a Vietnam veteran. In the civilian world, Terry worked many years in the electronics industry and then transitioned to network technologies. Just before retiring in 2018, Terry was employed as the Veterans Services Officer for the Town of Westford for 10 years, insuring local veteran and their families had access to their earned benefits.
 
In the Amateur Radio world, Terry has been very active in emergency communications, served 14 years as a club president, and worked in SkyWarn, ARES and RACES leadership roles. He is a Life Member of the ARRL. Over the last several years Terry has been instrumental in building digital radio communications topologies both domestic and internationally incorporating D-STAR, DMR and Fusion modes as well as installing and managing Icom D-STAR multimode systems around the globe.
